Oyster Opening Championship

The Luxury Channel was on hand for the start of the native oyster season and the Tabasco British Oyster Opening Championships, at Greens Restaurant and Oyster Bar, where platters of 30 oysters were opened in record time and plated for the judges to critique. This year's winner will compete at the World Oyster Opening Championship in Galway on 24 September.
