India: Discovering True Luxury

On 24th March 2009, international guests mingled at a party on the lawns of Delhi’s luxurious Imperial Hotel as a preview to a two-day conference helmed by IHT’s fashion editor Suzy Menkes and filled with panel talks from designers, brand representatives, journalists and business owners.

The Luxury Channel was there to film the proceedings and investigate the growing world of sustainable luxury. We talk to leading voices in the luxury and fashion industry, including Mohan Murjani, Anna Zegna and Dries Van Noten, as well as hearing from India’s business and industry leaders Pia Singh of DLF Retail and The Sahara Group who believe sustainable luxury can be achieved with India showing the way.
